Cancellation policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24-hours before the appointment time. Should you wish to cancel with a refund outside of 24-hours of your appointment time, please note we hold onto 1.70% + $0.30 to cover Stripes processing fees.

Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments within 24-hours of the appointment time will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost. Clients that don’t show up to the appointment without prior notice will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost.

We understand that unexpected and unavoidable events arise — exceptions may be made upon our discretion.

A credit card is required to complete your booking.

Payment plans for consultations are available upon request.
